Hace poco tuve la estimulante experiencia de participar en la <\/span>Transgrancanaria<\/a><\/span>, parte de <\/span><\/span>World Trail Majors<\/a>,<\/span><\/span> una exigente ultramarat\u00f3n de 126 kil\u00f3metros<\/a> con un desnivel positivo de 6.800 metros. Mientras me abr\u00eda paso por el escabroso terreno desde el norte hasta el sur de la isla, me ven\u00eda en mente un paralelismo tras otro entre los retos de la ultramarat\u00f3n y el desaf\u00edo de dirigir una empresa. Tanto si se trata de llegar al siguiente puesto de socorro como de alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos trimestrales, tener objetivos definidos de antemano ayuda a mantener la direcci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n. Estas metas dividen el viaje en segmentos manejables, gu\u00edan tu progreso y alimentan tu determinaci\u00f3n. No hay que subestimar la importancia del trabajo en equipo.
